Lakecore

Lakecore is a microgenre that originated in Goop House. The genre is quite (like, super) small, so it doesn't have any definitive characteristics at the time of writing, but it generally tends to have a high bpm, breakcore-influenced percussion, and a general focus on high-reverb and "wet" sound design for an open and tranquil atmosphere with energetic beats. The first lakecore sample pack was made by a discord user by the name of nyancrimew.
